When I was renovating my kitchen I really had to think about what kitchen theme I wanted. I didn’t necessarily want to get myself trapped into one style with my choices of cabinetry, flooring, counter tops, etc. I wanted to make sure that I had a kitchen that would be able to change as my likes changed. I found lots of different ideas for kitchen themes. I thought about country, using roosters. Then I thought about Tuscan, using grapevines. My husband suggested a 50’s diner style. I finally settled on a rustic Italian kitchen theme.
