A lot of factors can be the cause of insomniac. A person is hard to sleep during the night or maybe can’t go back to sleep when got awake at midnight or he maybe wake up much early in the morning. Insomnia is not really a problem because we can find many solutions for this disturbance.
In handling insomniac, you should try to develop a habit before bedtime that could help you get asleep. Taking a warm bath before bedtime, reading books, and also relaxing your body with the fresh air would be a great help for a person with insomniac. In addition to that, during the day if you need sleep make your room dark and avoid access of disturbing noise around. You can also cover your eyes with a mask or do anything you are comfortable as long as you can sleep and get rest.
