I’ve been really excited to start in on my criminal justice online degree program. I have the school all picked out and everything set up timewise so that I’ll be able to get to all of the assignments. But my computer is really old — ancient in technology terms. I also don’t have a high-speed connection at home. I’m wondering if this is going to significantly impair my ability to get everything done. I don’t really have thousands to spend on upgrading my system right now, but if that’s what has to be done then I’ll have to find a way. Anyone else out there complete an online degree program without a state of the art computer?
