The only way to solve the issue is to rebalance the delicate hormone levels to eliminate night sweats and mood swings. Doctors believe that the food cravings brought on by the hormone imbalance is a big part of why so many people gain weight when their hormones are out of whack. So far we know hormone changes cause night sweats and mood swings. It make matters worse, it also can cause weight gain.
