When our 12-year-old son pressed us for a holiday at a Montana dude ranch, we did not expect it to be an ideal spot for a family holiday. But how wrong we were! It turned out to be the best holiday we had in a long time. The scenery in Big Sky country of Western Montana was spectacular. The remoteness and wilderness of the place had a feeling of calmness and relaxation about it. We had some great outdoor experiences. We all enjoyed riding horses the cowboy style. We explored the terrain on horsebacks. We also did some trout fishing in the nearby river. A Montana dude ranch is the best way to experience the Montana lifestyle. ..
