Chocolate is produced from the cacao bean, most of which is produced in Western Africa. Did you know there are 3 types of cacao beans used for making chocolate. They are:-
- Forastero
- Criollo
- Trinitario
And as an extra piece of trivia the word ‘chocolate’ comes from Mexico.
